REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Muthassikoottu, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of personal care products, we follow a strict and transparent return and refund policy as outlined below.

1. NO RETURNS ON OPENED OR USED PRODUCTS

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened, used, or partially used hair oil products cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returns are not accepted once the product seal is broken

2. DAMAGED, LEAKED, OR WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED

We will provide a replacement or refund only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or leaked

  • Wrong product delivered

Conditions:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged package and product are required

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

After verification, we will:

  • Replace the product or

  • Issue a refund (as applicable)

3. REFUND PROCESS

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue is from our side

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
